We believe that an interior garden adds value to the quality of the house and the life of its inhabitants. However, the soul of our proposition is to push that idea to the maximum: the bigger the garden the better. The relationship between the living room and the patio is then emphasized through a generously sized opening that allows inside and outside to merge. Enlarging the patio is part of a logic that rules the entire floor layout: a service strip including the horizontal and vertical circulations, and a ‘living’ strip that contains the living room / patio and kitchen, 3 spaces visually linked together, that finally, are only one.
