The brief unites the desires of the city of Budweis and the professional volleyball club VK Jihostroj. The sports hall is required to be a universal platform, reconfigurable to host a variety of events from international volleyball competitions to music concerts. There is a clear demand for adaptability. The building works are to occur over two phases: the professional court and spectator space in phase one; the amateur court and athletic track in the second.
