Project delivered with NL architects.

The project consists of 8 small blocks of 4 stories on top of a ground floor dedicated to restaurants, bars and retail. The blocks are placed on a public deck, on a new ground level that covers the parking spaces. Each block is build up from 15 individual rooms, suitable as small apartments, holiday houses or even a hotel. Each block is facing the street life or has a view over the surrounding landscape. Towards the outside green balconies shape the image of the buildings.
